Join us Oct. 1 for the renaming ceremony of “Vicha Ratanapakdee Way” in remembrance of 84-year old Thai grandpa Vicha, who perished on Jan. 30, 2021 after an unprovoked attack. His daughter Monthanus Ratanpakdee, carries on his legacy in pursuing justice and making his image a symbol of the rising Asian American movement. Join us in-person or livestream and hear from Monthanus, @amandangocnguyen, @danieldaekim and many more courageous activists.

After the ceremony, join @caamedia for the SF premiere of “Rising Against Asian Hate”, a PBS documentary, narrated by @iamsandraohinsta that features stories of Grandpa Vicha, Atlanta Spa Shootings, and the nationwide community response.
